Activity Detail

The Activity Detail Report enables you to view specific location, stop, and speed information for an individual vehicle for an entire day.

  • View the historical route of a vehicle in a tabular format
  • Compare actual driver activity with driver timecards or logs
  • Monitor specific driver speeds throughout the day

Begin/End of Day

This report allows you to more accurately monitor driver productivity and confirm overtime costs. With a quick scan, you can determine a driver's total work hours during a single day or over a week. Use this report to confirm times and hours worked.

Drive Time Summary

This printable report shows your entire fleet's driving stats and trip detail. The Drive Time Summary allows you to easily access daily or weekly fleet statistics like total mileage, maximum recorded speed, number of stops and distance traveled. In addition, a summary total of each vehicle is displayed allowing you to quickly scan for underutilized vehicles, mileage totals and more.

Our system calculates a start of a 'trip' by a 'key-on' event, and an end of the trip by a 'key-off' event. The time difference between key-on and key-off events is the 'trip time'. The total time that the vehicle has been in operation is the sum of all the trip times. The parked (stopped) time is the difference between when the vehicle was keyed-off at that location and the next key-on event. This driving time determination is +/-1 minute.

Geofence Violation

This report can be run to identify vehicles that may have entered or exited a specific geographic area as defined by a geofence.

Landmark Report by Landmark

This report shows the vehicles that visited a specific landmark for a specific time period.

Landmark Report by Vehicle

This printable report shows a list of landmarks visited by a specific vehicle during a particular time period.

Fleet Location

This report shows the last reported locations of your vehicles.

Odd Hours

This report allows you to quickly identify after hours driving-time violations for a single fleet vehicle or the entire fleet to prevent unauthorized use of company vehicles. You can lower overhead by eliminating weekend or after-hours use of vehicles or decrease inaccurate time sheet entries. For example, if vehicles are to only be used for business during business hours, this report will help identify vehicles being used after hours.

Speed Violations

This report allows you to improve safety and lower insurance costs by monitoring speed violations within your fleet. Enforcing a speed policy for your drivers not only promotes driver safety, but will also help you save money on fuel costs and insurance. Since not all vehicles report speed, it may be possible that no data is found.

Unlike other products, Networkfleet measures vehicle speed from the vehicle's engine control unit (ECU). Since the system measures speed from the ECU directly, the accuracy of this measurement is determined by the vehicle ECU, and not by the actual Networkcar device. The speed events are time stamped with an accuracy of +/-1 minute.

Stop Detail and Idle Time

This printable report shows trip/stop details for any vehicle in your fleet including both hard stops and idle stops.

This report allowsyou to review a vehicle's stops and pinpoint excessive idling. Simply choose a date range and select from between 5 and 30 minute stop durations. You can see which drivers are idling excessively and who has the potential to operate their vehicles more efficiently to reduce fuel costs.

Stop Detail

This report allows you to confirm employee productivity. It shows detailed stop information for a vehicle to help you better manage driver activities and improve routing. You can easily confirm the day's stop locations, mileage, and trip/stop durations. A color legend, based on stop duration, helps you quickly identify stops over an hour in length. You can confirm customer visits, reduce unauthorized use, and increase the productivity of your individual vehicles.

  • Reconcile gallons consumed with fuel card expenditures to monitor for abuse
  • View only the vehicles that have exceeded a user-defined threshold for fuel usage during a given time period
  • Monitor how many miles each vehicle is driven during a selected time period
  • By examining the starting and ending mileage, this report can be used as a mileage report

Idle Time

Easily pinpoint excessive and unnecessary idling which can result in fuel waste and vehicle wear and tear.

  • View the approximate number of hours of idle time per vehicle.
  • Compare an individual vehicle's idle-time with peer vehicles
  • View all vehicles that have exceeded a user-defined idle-time threshold over a given time period
  • Calculate fleet-wide idle-time averages
  • By examining the drive hours, this report can be used to pinpoint underutilized or inactive vehicles
